How to Enter:
Entries are accepted in one of two ways:
- Online: Complete entry form located at: http://www.hdchem.net/contest0714.html. All fields must be completed for entry to be considered valid.
- By Phone: Call your HD Chem sales rep (for current HD Chem customers only).
All entries must be received by 4pm (PST) on July 31, 2014. Any entries received after this deadline will not be eligible. No purchase necessary. Additional restrictions may apply.
Sweepstakes Rules:
One winner will be chosen to win 2 tickets to either one Dodgers or Angels baseball game during the 2014 season. The winner will be randomly selected from all entries received. The drawing will occur on August 5, 2014 by an independent third party, and the winner will be notified on August 6, 2014. The winner will be notified using the email or phone number provided when he or she entered. In the event HD Chem is unable to successfully contact the winner by 4pm (PST) on August 8, 2014, a new winner will be randomly selected. Tickets will be sent to the winner within 14 days of response of winning notification. If the winner cannot attend on the date of game for which the tickets are provided or the game is for any reason cancelled or rescheduled, HD Chem is not responsible for providing an alternate prize. Winner is responsible for any additional costs related to the event including, but not limited to, transportation to and from the event. HD Chem is not liable or responsible for any incident or injury that occurs during the event.
